Frederic Mireur started his career in Aviation in the 1990s within the CACIB Aerospace Group in Paris, then heading its Asian Airfinance team in Tokyo, and launching Avequis in 2000, a JV specialized in aircraft leasing and trading. After a few years at his own advisory boutique, Aeroconvergence in Paris, Frederic was then Head of AWAS Corporate Finance Dept between 2008 until 2016, shortly before Dubaï DAE took over the Dublin-based lessor. During his tenure at AWAS, he secured funding for an order of 125 new Airbus and Boeing aircraft, and arranged various financings for circa $1.5-2.2 bn per year. He moved then to CMA-CGM in 2017 as Head of Corporate Finance in charge of containers, ships and ports financing for the group. Frederic holds an MBA-Finance from the San Diego State University.
Andreas Schneider spent the past thirteen years of his career in the aircraft maintenance and overhaul industry. Before joining Blueberry Aviation he was Senior Manager Product Sales for Lufthansa Technik’s aircraft engine overhaul division in the Asia-Pacific and Australia region based in Singapore. Andreas spent three successful years in India heading the regional sales office for Lufthansa Technik in Mumbai as General Manager Sales.
Siegfried started his career in 1979 at MBB, Munich Germany (now Airbus Helicopters) as a Helicopter service engineer.
Following 10 years in the maintenance department he became Technical Representative in the Customer Support Team in the Middle East. He then held the Area Service Manager position within the Customer Support team in Germany. In 2000 he took over Customer support Marketing activities promoting retrofits and upgrades, and became Sales Manager for Customer Support Activities a year later with a large customer portfolio. In 2007 he was in charge of the Pre-owned Helicopter Business Engineering for all Airbus helicopters German products worldwide and the Airbus Helicopter range in East Europe and Middle East. In 2011, he was made Business Development Senior Manager for pre-owned helicopter trades within Business Development department.
Noelle Mercadier has extensive international experience in Corporate Events & Sales in the tourism industry. She started her career in the UK where she spent 14 years as Head of Corporate Sales for the subsidiary of Air France followed by prestigious luxury cruises & worldwide hotel groups as Head of Sales for Europe. In 2014, she decided to take a 360 degree turn and further her business skills by steering her career towards finance and business administration. Noelle speaks French, English and Italian.
Marzena Forsberg worked for 15 years with LOT Polish Airlines with roles including Distribution Systems Specialist, Fleet Planning Executive andCommercial Manager Ireland. Marzena moved to Ireland from Warsaw in 2003 and was involved in the introduction of direct LOT flights to Ireland. Whilst working with the airline’s Fleet Development Department in Warsaw, Marzena managed lease transactions and participated in negotiations with lessors, banks, manufacturers and suppliers, as well as the development of the long term fleet plans. Marzena has a a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Masters Degree in Arabic Studies from Warsaw University.
Julien Di Carlo started working at Eurocopter Marignane in 2006 in the Ecureuil technical support team, he moved on to the Eurocopter Production System team and later as Mechanical assembly line Manager. He then relocated to Eurocopter Philippines in 2009 where he became deputy Operations Manager until 2011. Julien holds a Bachelor in Aeronautics and speaks French and English.
Mary Carmen Madrid worked for Eurocopter Mexico from 2005 to 2009 where she initially acted as Customer Support Responsible for Mexican Institutions and States and ultimately Regional Sales Manager for the Central America Region, Colombia and Ecuador. Mary Carmen started her career at Shell Mexico as Buyer and Inventories Analyst and then as Finance Analyst at Shell International Limited in London.
Mary Carmen graduated in International Business Administration from HEC Montreal and holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Marketing Management from ISC Paris.
Serena Hawkins started her career in sales at a private specialised security firm in London, working her way to Premium Sales Manager before expanding her sales career in the luxury market, where she worked for the most exclusive VIP event in Formula One. With a keen interest in aviation, Serena has also been working as a Private jet charter broker as the Monaco representative for a London-based company.
Serena graduated from Newcastle University with a BA Honours in Business and Management.
Kriti Anastassakis specializes in financial modelling in addition to maintain and develop customer relationships for the Fixed Wing Commercial Team. She developed various models to evaluate aircraft transactions for investors and financial institutions. Kriti started her career in Oil & Gas Trading with Shell Oil Company in Houston, Texas where she was specifically involved in trade analysis activities for the Electricity trade desk, before moving to a business development role on the Natural Gas desk in London. Originally from the French Riviera, Kriti holds a Master Degree in Finance from the University of Houston, Texas.
Marta Gimena has extensive business administration experience in various sectors. She started her career in Spain working for the European Documentation Centre of the University of Navarre from 1991 to 1995. She then moved to Ireland where she broadened her experience in the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Marta has a Business Administration diploma and Marketing qualifications; she speaks Spanish, English and French.
Nathalie Bunn started her career in advertising in the DMB&B group in Paris. She then worked for Interfocus Ltd in London as an account director until early 2000. She ran her own agency based in France for several years and went on to work in sales and marketing for media in Monaco. Nathalie has been Communications and Corporate Affairs Director at Blueberry Aviation since 2008 and is in charge of marketing, human resources and compliance for Blueberry Aviation Group. Nathalie graduated in communications and marketing after international studies in Switzerland, New York and Paris.
Marc Hovaguimian, was previously with Group Aeroconseil as Project Manager for Airbus Asset Management between 1995 and 2003. Marc was Technical Services Manager with French Maintenance Centre AOM Industries (originally Minerve, now Sabena Technics). He started with Minerve, in 1987 as Engineering Manager before being appointed its Resident Representative at McDonnell Douglas (Long Beach, USA) responsible for aircraft acceptance and manufacturing follow up. Marc started his career as a graduate engineer in the Design Office of engine manufacturer SNECMA in 1985.
Kevin Poesy holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing. He previously performed internships at Airbus Helicopters headquarters and worked at the subsidiaries in Singapore and Philippines in Marketing and Business Development. He then relocated to Airbus Helicopters India where he became Sales Manager for South India civil helicopter market.
Marina Kirillova has been working with the Blueberry Aviation’s helicopter team since 2016 after obtaining a business BA and an LLM International Business and Commercial Law degree. she supports the team at every stage of the transaction’s lifecycle from initiation to the end, with emphasis on legal and logistics. Marina also assists the team with marketing projects.
Joanna Lumanlan worked for Eurocopter Philippines from 2007 to 2010 managing, monitoring & developing private commercial helicopter operator accounts and handling training requirements for local customers. Joanna joined Eurocopter South East Asia in 2010 where she initially acted as Customer Support responsible for regional customer trainings, and was in charge of pre-owned inventory sales for ESEA. Joanna holds a BA in Computer Science and speaks Filipino and English.
Cezar Mihailescu holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economic Management and Communications & Public Relations, and a Masters in International Business and Trade . He started his career as marketing representative for the HYSTER (forklifts) dealership in Romania, before working with Blueberry Aviation in 2012 to actively support the commercial teams with marketing and intelligence. Cezar is a keen team player with a high interest in all things automotive.
Zeineb Lassoued joined Blueberry Aviation’s commercial aircraft team in 2016 after obtaining an Air Transport Management masters at the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, Toulouse. Her role includes commercial prospecting and transactional support. Zeineb also assists the team with marketing projects. She speaks fluent English, Arabic and French.
Aurelie Millet started her career in Eurocopter working on strategic purchasing projects, before joining subsidiaries such as American Eurocopter and Eurocopter Malaysia supporting governmental customer contracts and handling the repair and overhaul activity. She graduated from an international business school, holding a Master’s degree in industrial purchasing management and supply chain management.
Emmanuelle Del Giovane – Cortes has experience the fields of project management, business development, and quality processes. She worked in France until 2011 for associative medical and public administrative bodies, before joining Blueberry Aviation’s spare parts team in Germany in 2012. Emmanuelle speaks English, Spanish, French and German and holds master degrees in Management of Health and Social institutions, and Communication.
Toshi Takada started his career at a British bank’s branch in Tokyo and has over 25 years’ experience in commercial aircraft finance, leasing and trading. Toshi developed financing structures in combination of tax lease and Export Credit Agencies for airlines.
Before joining Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Lease (SMFL) in 2016, Toshi supported a start-up carrier in Japan not just negotiating aircraft leases with a major lessor but also finalizing aircraft specifications, planning crew training and maintenance.
Toshi graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with a BA honours in Economics and Business.
Philippa Cottle qualified as a solicitor in England, starting her career in banking and financial law at a leading London firm. In 1989 she joined Airbus, Toulouse as legal counsel working on the financing of new aircraft and aircraft programs, the leasing of used aircraft and the establishment and running of the corporate subsidiaries in the Airbus group. In 1993 she was appointed head of the Washington DC office of international law firm Linklaters. Moving to Dublin in 2002 she worked for a leading commercial law firm before joining Blueberry Aviation. She is qualified to practice law in Ireland and holds qualifications in company administration and dispute resolution.
