Cezar Mihailescu holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economic Management and Communications & Public Relations, and a Masters in International Business and Trade . He started his career as marketing representative for the HYSTER (forklifts) dealership in Romania, before working with Blueberry Aviation to actively support the commercial teams with marketing and intelligence. Cezar is a keen team player with a high interest in all things automotive.
Argelia Morello has over 15 years of aviation experience in the Helicopter market. She worked at Mapiex Aviation in Panama City, Panama where she started her career supporting the helicopter business as well as corporate jets, and later became of supervisor within flight operations for charter and private aviation departments.
In 2011 she joined Prime Industries in Georgia, USA as Sales Manager for spares and repairs of parts for civil and military applications for the Helicopter Market for Latin America, Europe and the U.S.A.
In 2016, Argelia went on to work at Safran Aerosystems Services Americas were she held the position of Regional Sales Manager for Helicopter Systems for Latin America & the Caribbean for civil applications, managing a specific military portfolio in the USA and more recently managing customer portfolios in the USA & Canada.
Argelia graduated in International Business at Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior in Panama City. She speaks Spanish, English and basic/intermediate French.
Emmanuelle Del Giovane – Cortes has experience the fields of project management, communication, business development and quality processes. She worked in France until 2011 for associative medical and public administrative bodies, before joining Blueberry Aviation’s spare parts team in Germany in 2012. Emmanuelle speaks English, Spanish, French and German and holds master degrees in Management of Health and Social institutions, and Communication.
Toshi Takada started his career at a British bank’s branch in Tokyo and has over 25 years’ experience in commercial aircraft finance, leasing and trading. Toshi developed financing structures in combination of tax lease and Export Credit Agencies for airlines.
Before joining Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Lease (SMFL) in 2016, Toshi supported a start-up carrier in Japan not just negotiating aircraft leases with a major lessor but also finalizing aircraft specifications, planning crew training and maintenance.
Toshi graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with a BA honours in Economics and Business.
Marc Hovaguimian, was previously with Group Aeroconseil as Project Manager for Airbus Asset Management between 1995 and 2003. Marc was Technical Services Manager with French Maintenance Centre AOM Industries (originally Minerve, now Sabena Technics). He started with Minerve, in 1987 as Engineering Manager before being appointed its Resident Representative at McDonnell Douglas (Long Beach, USA) responsible for aircraft acceptance and manufacturing follow up. Marc started his career as a graduate engineer in the Design Office of engine manufacturer SNECMA in 1985.
Jon has over 30 years’ experience in aircraft leasing, trading, finance, marketing, technical evaluation and management, having worked in senior leadership positions for airlines, aircraft manufacturers and leasing companies in various global locations during his extensive, international career in the commercial aviation industry.
In recent years Jon has been involved as a founding principal of an aviation consultancy business and prior to this was the Dubai-based Chief Commercial Officer for DAE Capital. Before his move to Dubai, as the Managing Director Asia Pacific Sales for AWAS, he had been responsible for AWAS’ regional presence for nearly 15 years having established the Singapore office in 2003.
Jon’s aviation career commenced with Ansett Airlines (Australia) in 1988 and from 1995 to 2001, he was with Airbus’ Commercial Department based in Toulouse & Sydney before joining AWAS.
Jon has a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace Engineering) with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
Joanna Lumanlan worked for Eurocopter Philippines from 2007 to 2010 managing, monitoring & developing private commercial helicopter operator accounts and handling training requirements for local customers. Joanna joined Eurocopter South East Asia in 2010 where she initially acted as Customer Support responsible for regional customer trainings, and was in charge of pre-owned inventory sales for ESEA. Joanna holds a BA in Computer Science and speaks Filipino and English.
Marta Gimena has extensive business administration experience in various sectors. She started her career in Spain working for the European Documentation Centre of the University of Navarre from 1991 to 1995. She then moved to Ireland where she broadened her experience in the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Marta has a Business Administration diploma and Marketing qualifications; she speaks Spanish, English and French.
Noelle Mercadier has extensive international experience in Corporate Events & Sales in the tourism industry. She started her career in the UK where she spent 14 years as Head of Corporate Sales for the subsidiary of Air France followed by prestigious luxury cruises & worldwide hotel groups as Head of Sales for Europe. In 2014, she decided to take a 180 degree turn and further her business skills by steering her career towards finance and business administration. Noelle speaks French, English and Italian.
Philippe started his career in 1988 working for Dassault Aviation and Dassault Electonique in internal engineering project management. He moved to Marketing and Sales in 1995 to define and implement business strategies for Avionics and on-board electronics sales. He then became Sales Manager for Satcom products division for Dassault Electronique – Thomson CSF-RCM responsible for sales of Avionic Systems to civil (Airlines, A/C manufacturers, completion centers) and military customers (Air Forces)
In 2000 he took on the Export Sales Area Manager Middle-East role at Thales Airborne Systems in the Aerospace Division.
In 2006 he became Head Of Sales – Middle-East at AIRBUS HELICOPTERS covering Civilian and Military products (Helicopter Range from civilian VIPs to Military Defense Ministers). Philippe is bilingual French/English and holds a helicopter pilot license.
Gianfranco Sottotetti has over 40 years professional experience in all segments of the civil and government aerospace industry.
He started his career at Rinaldo Piaggio (Genova, Italy) supporting the Italian Market Government Sales of engines and aircraft.He was later posted in Rolls Royce UK for 4 years to cooperate with Turbomeca and RR on the development of the RTM 322 engine.
In 1994 he was VP in charge of Piaggio Aviation based in USA to produce, sell and support the P180 Avanti aircraft for Northern and Central American markets .Gianfranco then joined Agusta Finmeccanica in 1999, where he held several management positions based first in Sydney managing South East Asia , Australasia and the Pacific Islands.He was then Director of Sales for AgustaWestland based in China (Shanghai) to develop Helicopter Sales. In 2013 he became head of International Government Business for AgustaWestland to run worldwide government sales.
Gianfranco became Managing Director of NH Industries to run the largest European Helicopter program in association with Airbus and Fokker.
Prior to leaving Leonardo in 2020 he was CEO of Sistemi Dinamici, a programme developing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.
Julien Di Carlo started working at Eurocopter Marignane in 2006 in the Ecureuil technical support team, he moved on to the Eurocopter Production System team and later as Mechanical assembly line Manager. He then relocated to Eurocopter Philippines in 2009 where he became deputy Operations Manager until 2011. Julien holds a Bachelor in Aeronautics and speaks French and English.
Mary Carmen Madrid worked for Eurocopter Mexico from 2005 to 2009 where she initially acted as Customer Support Responsible for Mexican Institutions and States and ultimately Regional Sales Manager for the Central America Region, Colombia and Ecuador. Mary Carmen started her career at Shell Mexico as Buyer and Inventories Analyst and then as Finance Analyst at Shell International Limited in London.
Mary Carmen graduated in International Business Administration from HEC Montreal and holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Marketing Management from ISC Paris.
Philippa Cottle qualified as a solicitor in England, starting her career in banking and financial law at a leading London firm. In 1989 she joined Airbus, Toulouse as legal counsel working on the financing of new aircraft and aircraft programs, the leasing of used aircraft and the establishment and running of the corporate subsidiaries in the Airbus group. In 1993 she was appointed head of the Washington DC office of international law firm Linklaters. Moving to Dublin in 2002 she worked for a leading commercial law firm before joining Blueberry Aviation. She is qualified to practice law in Ireland and holds qualifications in company administration and dispute resolution.
Serena Hawkins started her career in sales at a private specialised security firm in London, working her way to Premium Sales Manager before expanding her sales career in the luxury market, where she worked for the most exclusive VIP event in Formula One. With a keen interest in aviation, Serena has also been working as a Private jet charter broker as the Monaco representative for a London-based company.
Serena graduated from Newcastle University with a BA Honours in Business and Management.
Gregoris has almost 30 years’ experience in our industry. Most of his career was spent at Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France, where he held several engineering positions in Customer Support, which he later managed for part of Latin America, Central and South Eastern Europe and part of the Middle East, supporting airlines in the region.
He then moved to the procurement department and then to the commercial department as sales manager for Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe. For several years, he held the position of Regional Director covering Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria for the Airbus Group – Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, Defense and Space. In 2021, he joined Sky Express, one of the leading airlines in Greece as CEO. Greg holds his private pilot license.
Marina Kirillova has been working with the Blueberry Aviation’s helicopter team since 2016 after obtaining a business BA and an LLM International Business and Commercial Law degree. she supports the team at every stage of the transaction’s lifecycle from initiation to the end, with emphasis on legal and logistics. Marina also assists the team with marketing projects.
Siegfried started his career in 1979 at MBB, Munich Germany (now Airbus Helicopters) as a Helicopter service engineer.
Following 10 years in the maintenance department he became Technical Representative in the Customer Support Team in the Middle East. He then held the Area Service Manager position within the Customer Support team in Germany. In 2000 he took over Customer support Marketing activities promoting retrofits and upgrades, and became Sales Manager for Customer Support Activities a year later with a large customer portfolio. In 2007 he was in charge of the Pre-owned Helicopter Business Engineering for all Airbus helicopters German products worldwide and the Airbus Helicopter range in East Europe and Middle East. In 2011, he was made Business Development Senior Manager for pre-owned helicopter trades within Business Development department.
Nathalie Bunn started her career in advertising in the DMB&B group in Paris. She then worked for Interfocus Ltd in London as an account director until early 2000. She ran her own agency based in France for several years and went on to work in sales and marketing for media in Monaco. Nathalie has been Communications and Corporate Affairs Director at Blueberry Aviation since 2008 and is in charge of marketing, human resources and compliance for Blueberry Aviation Group. Nathalie graduated in communications and marketing after international studies in Switzerland, New York and Paris.
Kriti Anastassakis specializes in financial modelling in addition to maintain and develop customer relationships for the Fixed Wing Commercial Team. She developed various models to evaluate aircraft transactions for investors and financial institutions. Kriti started her career in Oil & Gas Trading with Shell Oil Company in Houston, Texas where she was specifically involved in trade analysis activities for the Electricity trade desk, before moving to a business development role on the Natural Gas desk in London. Originally from the French Riviera, Kriti holds a Master Degree in Finance from the University of Houston, Texas.
Yann has accumulated over 30 years of financing experience in aircraft and structured finance. He was previously VP Structured Finance at Airbus, which he joined in 1987 where he held various senior positions in France, the USA, Ireland and UAE and built strong relationships within the financing communities.
His experience covers a wide range of aircraft financing structures ( mortgage debt, leasing, capital markets, Islamic financing, investment funds…) and corporate financing.
In the recent years Yann was responsible for designing and implementing a private non-payment insurance programme for Airbus Aircraft (Balthazar) that has supported the financing of 23 aircraft over the past 3 years. He was also involved in advising commercial teams for several airlines on restructuring schemes rolled out during the Covid-19 crisis.
Kevin Poesy holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing. He previously performed internships at Airbus Helicopters headquarters and worked at the subsidiaries in Singapore and Philippines in Marketing and Business Development. He then relocated to Airbus Helicopters India where he became Sales Manager for South India civil helicopter market.
Marzena Forsberg worked for 15 years with LOT Polish Airlines with roles including Distribution Systems Specialist, Fleet Planning Executive andCommercial Manager Ireland. Marzena moved to Ireland from Warsaw in 2003 and was involved in the introduction of direct LOT flights to Ireland. Whilst working with the airline’s Fleet Development Department in Warsaw, Marzena managed lease transactions and participated in negotiations with lessors, banks, manufacturers and suppliers, as well as the development of the long term fleet plans. Marzena has a a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Masters Degree in Arabic Studies from Warsaw University.
