François Gautier, served in various management positions in the aerospace industry, previously Vice President Sales and Vice President Contracts at ATR (Toulouse, France) between 2000 and 2002, and Senior Director with Airbus in charge of the Asset Management team in the USA between 1995 and 2000. François joined Airbus in 1988 where he was successively Director Customer Finance and Director Asset Management. François began his career in 1986 in the Treasury Division of Aerospatiale (now Airbus) based in Washington DC, USA, until 1988. Francois holds a Master in Business Law and graduated from French Business University of Paris Dauphine.
Patrick J. Dewez was a founding partner and Chief Executive of Knight Vinke Asset Management LLC, a leading European institutional shareholder activist, until 2007. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Dewez was with Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc where he was a Managing Director, member of the European Management Committee and Head of European M&A .Prior to this, Mr. Dewez spent eight years with Merrill Lynch & Co., in New York, London and Paris, principally in the M&A Department. He began his career at Kleinwort, Benson Limited in London followed by Banque Paribas. Mr. Dewez graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and obtained his MBA from INSEAD.
Philippa Cottle qualified as a solicitor in England, starting her career in banking and financial law at a leading London firm. In 1989 she joined Airbus, Toulouse as legal counsel working on the financing of new aircraft and aircraft programs, the leasing of used aircraft and the establishment and running of the corporate subsidiaries in the Airbus group. In 1993 she was appointed head of the Washington DC office of international law firm Linklaters. Moving to Dublin in 2002 she worked for a leading commercial law firm before joining Blueberry Aviation. She is qualified to practice law in Ireland and holds qualifications in company administration and dispute resolution.
